The Distribution Reform, Upgrade & Management (DRUM) Program – Transforming India’s Distribution Sector focuses on the state of India’s electricity distribution sector. Despite having one of the largest distribution networks, India faces a challenge to cope with its rapid growing population, urbanization and fast progressing economy.

The film showcases the various collaborative efforts being made by the USAID in partnership with the Government of India to improve and revitalize the distribution sector.
