The series will have a special emphasis on stories explored through the eyes of people from the states themselves: artists, musicians, entrepreneurs who represent the young new wave and are working towards creating a change – revealing extraordinary insights about their culture, tradition and hidden natural treasures.

Covering historical, cultural and anthropological journey to bring into the mainstream India’s Eastern Himalayan heritage – travel, food, music and the undiscovered and lesser known historical and ecological treasures.

Exploring the unexplored paradise of the region, the wisdom, customs and traditions of people, passed down generations. Archaeological sites, anthropological history, sustainable agricultural techniques, positive environmental and wildlife conservation stories.

Highlighting treks, adventure sports, exotic destinations, and the natural splendour of the eight states: Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Sikkim and Tripura.

The series will also showcase the youth and their aspirations. The transition to the modern – adapting to changing times.

The objective of the series is to bring the treasures of the himalayan states, the rich culture of India, to the forefront and make viewers aware of the diverse Himalayan heritage – one of the most exquisite and diverse places on the planet.
